Quality Education Fund Thematic Networks – Tertiary Institutes: Enhancing Multimodal Assessment Literacy of English Teachers in Primary/Secondary Schools (Network Support) (Faculty of Education, The University of Hong Kong)

Last year, our school joined the QTN programme organized by HKU for incorporating multimodal assessment literacy into our school-based curriculum. We had sessions involving Teacher I/C, all colleagues of P6 and specific whole-day training throughout the year. After the hands-on experiences, we could have a better incorporation and we had different exchanges with teachers / professors.

For the coming year, our English department would like to extend the multimodal literacy and the use of AI in our curriculum. Hence, the following new programmes will be launched in 25-26

1. EDB Learning circle on “Developing students’ Self-directed Learning Capabilities: Exploring the use of Artificial Intelligence in the Primary English Classroom (P.5)
2. Enhancing Multimodal Assessment Literacy of English Teachers in Primary/Secondary Schools (P.4)
