Experiment-based Learning
Through hands-on and minds-on scientific investigation activities, General Studies cultivates students’ interest in science and develop their basic scientific thinking. Students take part in scientific investigations in which they are guided to make hypotheses, design and carry out experiments, collect and data, make judgements and report results and conclusions.

E-learning
The wide use of apps and online platforms, such as Kahoot, Quizziz, Padlet, Classkick etc. in lessons encourages an interactive learning environment; while Highlights Library stretches students with extended reading materials and Primary Science Online Learning Platform offers interactive inquiry activities.

Learning through Visits
Learning through outings enriches students’ learning experiences. Visiting museums / educational centres and joining workshops are great learning opportunities for students.
